Buddy is ready for a home!

Peace Love And Pit Bulls rescued Buddy (originally named Montana) from the LEID Animal Shelter. He was having issues of hiding in the back whenever anyone came to look at him. Refusing to come through his doggy door to greet potential adopters. It was sad. It was clear to Tino that he had great potential to someones best Buddy, and now he’s ready to go. Friendly, sweet, gets along with other dogs and is a real lover!

Becoming Buddy, part one, the movie

PeaceLoveandPitbulls.org rescues one Pit at a time, trains them in obedience and adopts them out to a loving forever home. Buddy was acquired from Leid Animal Shelter of Las Vegas, he was selected because he had the less likely hood of being adopted due to his overt shyness, and he wasn’t leash trained.

Meet Buddy, the newest member of the pack!

Today the selection was made, Buddy aka Montana was adopted by Tino for training and fostering from Leid Animal Shelter. Please visit Leid or your local shelter, there are some great pits at Leid for immediate adoption. Buddy was selected because he is a very sweet dog, however he has some social interaction issues. He has a bad habit of hiding, pulls very strongly when walked and is easily frightened. A great dog but less likely to find a forever home unless he is rehabilitated. Luckily he’s heading back to live with a great pack.

Buddy is at Leid getting neutered before he comes home tomorrow. Stay tuned for the video.
